Dragonfly MedTech was founded in August 2017 in order to extend an existing novel medical approach by creating clinic software that allows medical doctors to provide a treatment solution for conditions such as concussion and PTSD.

The Founder and CEO is Diana Pederson who started building her multidisciplinary background with a B.A. degree with studies in Computer Science and Accounting. She began to develop her noteworthy leadership skills throughout her extensive work in fast paced, technical businesses, and in her personal endeavors serving on the executive committee in several small non-profit groups. Her major work competencies include business operations, management, business analysis & process improvement, scientific and technical project management in software development and medical settings.
Diana launched her career with 13 years with Microsoft in management with high growth teams; and project management, including driving the delivery schedule for a set of system level data components that shipped in 5 major software boxes with differing timelines, including Windows and Visual Studio.
At NeuroKinetics Clinic Diana immediately applied her extensive breadth of coordination and management skills to drive business management and organizational leadership for the small medical clinic and research company. She advised the President on operations, strategic planning, and business best practices. She was directly responsible to oversee daily operations, patient experience, and people management. An effective scientific and technical writer she collaborated with Dr. Souvestre on the writing of peer-reviewed technical biomedical and scientific papers, and assisting with his research.
She served at Simba Technologies reporting to the CEO as the Senior Director of Engineering Services leading a multiple team business unit that provided outsourced software development and test services to Enterprises in data connectivity drivers and components on multiple platforms.
Diana founded Dragonfly to focus on designing and building algorithms to model methodologies which are aimed to parallel and streamline the NeuroKinetics medical approach. She has driven the in depth data collection and collaboration with Dr. Souvestre on collecting and categorizing the proprietary neuroscience driven paradigms. She has processed this information towards its systematization into concepts suitable for computer modeling.
